Cancellation policy
Often times, clients change their mind and cancel the service for whatever reason. As we value our time, ImmiGreat charges a portion of the agreed service fee to cover the time spent on the case.

This policy outlines the cancellation terms for services provided by Kristyna Richtrova, divided into three phases depending on the progress of your immigration case.
The cancellation fee is calculated based on the total agreed service price, as outlined in your service agreement. Any third-party costs (e.g. government fees, translation costs) are non-refundable if already incurred.
Phase 1
50% of the service fee
Cancellation before application submission

The list of required documents has been provided to the client.

Initial communication has taken place (email or phone consultation).

Service capacity has been reserved for the client.
If downpaymeent made, only third party fees that may have occured during the process will be charged.
Phase 2
75% of the service fee
Cancellation after the application submission
All of the above has been completed, in addition to the following:

Documents have been checked.

Translation or document verification may have been arranged.

The visa/residency application has been submitted at the Ministry of Interior/Czech embassy.

The visa/residency application has been rejected due to reasons that the consultant could not predict (not fulfilling the purpose of the previous stay), was not informed about or informed the client fully of the possibilities of rejection based on the information given to the consultant.
If down-payment made, 25% of the initial price offer + third party fees that may have occurred during the process will be charged.
Phase 3
100% of the service fee
After application submission
All of the above has been completed, in addition to the following:

The application has been submitted and approved.
If down-payment made, 50% of the initial price offer + third party fees that may have occurred during the process will be charged.​
