Governmental programs can shorten the immigration process

These special governmental projects, offered by the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade, can shorten the immigration process for certain companies. Companies o various sizes and age can be added to the programs; the only same condition that applies to all of them is no debt towards social, health insurance and taxes and not being penalized for illegal employment in the last few years.
What are the benefits of Governmental programs?
Applications are approved faster
The administration connected to the application process is simplified and certain documents are waived.
The earliest slot for the application submission is given by the Embassy.
Employees are excused from the (otherwise obligatory) Adaptation Courses.

KEY AND SCIENTIFIC STAFF PROGRAM
applies to employees from all the third countries that will be working on higher positions (CZ-ISCO 1-3, mostly managing positions)
HIGHLY QUALIFIED WORKER PROGRAM
applies to employees from all the third countries that will be working on higher positions (CZ-ISCO 1-3, mostly managing positions)
QUALIFIED EMPLOYEE
applies to citizens from Ukraine, Mongolia, Serbia, Philippines, India, Belarus, Moldova, Montenegro and Kazakhstan, working mostly on blue-collar positions (CZ ISCO 4-8)
